Job Responsibilities
1. Teach relevant subject to several sections of high school students
2. Design and implement rigorous assessments that evaluate student mastery of academic standards
3. Create a safe learning environment for all students by implementing classroom management strategies and best practices with consistency
4. Be responsible for evaluating the classroom performance of students in attendance and suggesting ways to help them grow.
5. Provide coverage as needed during non-instructional time.
6. Collaborate with department members
7. Serve as a productive member of NBFLS;
8. Do whatever it takes to ensure the mission of the school is upheld.
Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred;
2. A minimum of two years’ teaching experience is required;
3. Criminal record check certificate is required
4. Meet all related PRC Education and Labor Bureau regulations for you towork and reside in China
